Which platforms are supported?

GetReel works with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Just copy the link to any public reel or video.

How do I bookmark a reel?

Copy the link to any reel, then open GetReel. The app automatically detects the link and shows it on the Get tab. Tap Get to bookmark it with a thumbnail.

How do I stop the "Allow Paste" popup?

iOS asks for permission each time an app reads from your clipboard. To allow GetReel to paste automatically, go to Settings > Apps > GetReel and change "Paste from Other Apps" to Allow.

Why can't I bookmark a specific reel?

GetReel only works with public reels. Private accounts and restricted content cannot be bookmarked.

How do I view a bookmarked reel?

Tap any reel in your gallery, then tap Open to view it in the original app (Instagram, TikTok, etc).

How do I pin a reel?

Open any reel and tap the pin button (bottom left). Pinned reels stay at the top of your gallery.

Can I share reels with friends?

Yes! Tap the share button on any reel. Friends can view the reel on our website - no app required. GetReel users can add shared reels to their own gallery.

How does cloud backup work?

Cloud backup syncs your gallery across devices with a simple 4-character code. No signup required - just back up and restore. Your thumbnails, tags, pins, and metadata are all backed up. Cloud backup is available with GetReel Unlimited.

What are the free tier limits?

Free accounts can save up to 25 reels and create up to 3 custom tags. Upgrade to GetReel Unlimited for unlimited reels, unlimited tags, and cloud backup.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your reels stay yours - you can always view and share your existing gallery. You just won't be able to add new reels until you're back under the free tier limits.
